However, that's about all you can get before reaching Level 25 (Tier 2). That's when you unlock the <strong>Heian Rating (HR) system<\/strong>. You can obtain it alongside any Cursed Gear clan (rarity doesn't matter), and there is a 1% chance to get it whenever you roll a clan.
